★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza quella di ieri sera per me al Carmelo Caffè. Dopo aver chiesto di pagare con carta mi viene detto che potevo farlo solo se avessi pagato le imposte della transazione ,che sono per legge a carico del commerciante.
Dopo aver fatto notare che la cosa non mi andava ,il proprietario ha iniziato ad inveire contro di me con fare aggressivo,davanti a tutta la clientela. Ho pagato e sono andato via senza portarla per le le lunghe poiché il locale era abbastanza affollato e ho avuto paura per la mia salute. Tra l’altro vi erano alcune persone tranquillamente sedute a mangiare la pizza al forno alle ore 20:30 circa, orario in cui non è possibile farlo per via delle normative anti-covid . Sono riuscito anche a documentare questa ultima parte con un video.
Non verrò mai più in questo posto e farò tutto quello che è legalmente possibile per fermare queste pratiche.
 Very bad experience last night for me at Carmelo Caffè. After asking to pay by card, I am told that I could only do so if I had paid the transaction taxes, which are legally payable by the merchant.
After pointing out that I didn't like it, the owner started to yell at me aggressively, in front of all the customers. I paid and left without taking it for too long as the place was quite crowded and I was scared for my health. Among other things, there were some people sitting quietly eating pizza in the oven at around 20:30, a time when it is not possible to do so due to anti-covid regulations. I was also able to document this last part with a video.
I will never come to this place again and will do everything legally possible to stop these practices.
