Mi presentano il meccanico attraverso amici la prima impressione è stata buona, preventivo fatto e accettato, in particolare pagato e ringraziato. I dolori arrivano dopo al secondo intervento, ho un problema con la macchina gliela porto per un'opinione, invece di controllare e FORNIRMI LE ALTERNATIVE (CON I RELATIVI PREVENTIVI) mi fa la riparazione e mi dice il prezzo A COSE FATTE. Vado a lamentarmi per la cosa invece di essere conciliante e riconoscere l'errore commesso, dà torto a me. Il principio di ogni transazione commerciale è fare il PREVENTIVO E COMUNICARLO al cliente e la CORDIALITA'. Vi auguro di essere piu' fortunati di me, al di là della professionalità (che non metto in dubbio le loro capacità) , ma umanamente come persona il proprietario è meglio che con i clienti non parli proprio. RIGRAZIO tantissimo i dipendenti per la loro gentilezza e passione per il loro lavoro che fanno. Io non ci andrò piu' e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.
