Non so che enorme botta di c..FORTUNA ho avuto quando ho conosciuto il signor Giovanni, macellaio presso MD di Albino. Ormai è quasi un anno che è diventato il mio spacciatore carnivoro di fiducia, tra costine e fiorentine! Non ho mai conosciuto nessuno di così umile e al contempo preparato, che abbia saputo sposare la sua decennale conoscenza della tradizione pugliese della carne con questa del nord, per offrire un servizio che in giro è raro trovare! Sicuramente MD di Albino (e con lei Ambrosini carni) deve a questo signore un aumento delle vendite, comprese tutte le persone (parenti inclusi) che mando continuamente dicendo "Chiedi di Giovanni, saprà aiutarti", conscio che mi farà fare un'ottima figura. P.S. Sono un amante della carne pura, senza spezie ma quando Giovanni mi ha fatto assaggiare una volta i suoi hamburger con ricetta pugliese (mannaggia a lui) ne son diventato dipendente!
