La proprietaria si è fatta in quattro per trovarmi una cornice tra quelle presenti in negozio in quanto quella da me scelta l'avrebbe dovuta ordinare. La tela era storta, mille difficoltà. Alla fine è riuscita a darmela subito. Ci fossero ancora negozi come questi vivremmo in un mondo migliore, dove l'attenzione per il cliente va al di là del semplice lavoro.
I went to the shop to put a frame on a painting. I was in a hurry. The owner went out of her way to find me a frame among those present in the shop as the one I chose would have to order. The canvas was crooked, a thousand difficulties. Eventually she managed to give it to me right away. Were there still stores like these we would live in a better world, where customer focus goes beyond simple work.
