Il proprietario è una persona molto a modo e di remota esperienza nel settore, non ti regala nulla ma quello che acquisti vale quello che paghi. A varied and extensive exhibition. s	stefano camisas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato da Ambienti Più a Racale la scorsa settimana perché avevo necessità di arredare lo spazio esterno alla mia casa. Il negozio non è male, sembra ben fornito ed i prezzi sono adeguati. Sfortunatamente il personale del negozio è indisponente, in particolare la signora che ha un piglio moto arrogante che definirei in modo gentile “sgarbata”. Cercavamo alcune sdraio per esterni che abbiamo visto e volevamo acquistare ma prima questa signora ci ha detto che non sono un “Cash & Carry” (chissà cosa c'entra questo) e che avremmo dovuto fare un ordine e passare a ritirare la merce la settimana successiva. Abbiamo chiesto di fare l’ordine e dopo alcune verifiche ci hanno detto che le sdraio erano esaurite e che era possibile ordinarne di nuove (non ci potevano dare nemmeno la sdraio che era in esposizione). In questo negozio il cliente non si sente accolto e nemmeno a proprio agio. (avevamo un piccolo maltese al seguito abbiamo chiesto se potevamo tenerlo ma la signora del negozio prima non rispondeva e poi... ha detto che potevamo tenerlo visibilmente seccata). Peccato. Cercheremo altrove ! I went to Ambienti Più in Racale last week because I needed to furnish the space outside my house. The shop is not bad, it seems well stocked and the prices are adequate. Unfortunately, the shop staff are irritating, especially the lady who has a very arrogant attitude that I would kindly call "rude". We were looking for some outdoor deck chairs that we saw and we wanted to buy but first this lady told us that I am not a "Cash & Carry" (who knows what that has to do with it) and that we should place an order and pick up the goods the week next one. We asked to place the order and after some checks they told us that the deckchairs were sold out and that it was possible to order new ones (they couldn't even give us the deckchair that was on display). In this shop the customer does not feel welcomed or even at ease. (we had a little Maltese in tow we asked if we could keep him but the lady of the shop first didn't answer and then ... she said we could keep him visibly annoyed). Sin. We will look elsewhere!
