★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Nov 26th I have ordered a one-TB SSD and a case for it - total price approx 350,00 Euros. Being a Prime customer, I asked the purchase to be sent to the holiday address where I was going to stay until Dec. 11th.
I was elated when on Dec.1st I got the case. But the following days I did not receive the MAIN ITEM, i.e. the one-TB SSD, which I would swap for the current 500GB SSD installed in my laptop. Today is Dec.9th, I am a Prime customer and tracking my shipment the last information is dated Dec.1st, with delivery for Dec.3rd. AS OF TODAY, ONE WEEK OVERDUE. By tomorrow I should change the shipping address to my home address. In a case like this, I would like some honest information about what happened and what I can expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company on this Planet! I used to work with them for couple of month, it was always lot of stress to deliver the goods to the warehouse. They always has something problem with reference numbers, they changed the bookslots on daily basis. The staff in the warehouse are so dilettant, and took at least 5 hours to unload a truck. So why do they are so strict with bookslots then??? I promised for myself, I will never order anything from Amazon!!! If I can buy a product only from them, then I rather not to buy it!!
