★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For sure one of the best company i have been in Italy. When you come you need to show your reference number. After that you got some papers with you and go to ramp. Park truck and stay in driver rest room. They do not allow empty pallets to be inside trailer before loading. After loading they put seal and give you papers for gate at exit. Very nice and organized personel. There is free coffe for driver, clean toilets, shower and food machine with some sandwiches and snacks. There is also free wifi and some tv programs. Also the driver room got air condition in these hot summer days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could leave a 0 i would.. Over 4 hours waiting to unload. No information from staff.. And after a nights drive they think we should be happy.. Covid notice puts drivers lounge capacity at 18... With 30 drivers inside and 10 more outside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a professional place , same as most Amazon centres , with what it seems as good people , with minor slip ups due to 'I'm better than you i work at Amazon syndrome) .As downsides ...same as in most Amazon centres :) Not too much attention given to the 'drivers area' ( soap dispensers in the toilets mostly always broken ), etc...
Mostly a WH which I am sure Amazon would want to be runned by robots but fortunately for now , still humans here with human faults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. More than 5 hours waiting for unload after a long and tired day. I told them I don't feel good because I didn't eat all day and I was tired and they don't even care, they treat drivers with disrespect and make fun of the case. One of the girls name who treats drivers with disrespect is Valentina.

I went for an interview, but there they were in a hurry to say, and so the conclusion: they didn’t accept my work there, I didn’t even try. Because I am deaf! Very funny how they decided they didn’t accept the DEAF. I do not understand when they will become smart? Yes, they went in their egosim!
