★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il corriere chiama per la consegna del pacco ma non ti da manco il tempo di rispondere e stacca, per far vedere all'azienda che lui il tentativo di consegna lo ha fatto. E' già la seconda volta che capita. Corrieri sfaticati mandateli a casa. Poca serietà!

Yesterday 23 September 2021 there was an attempt to deliver at 17.01 according to them
done NEVER happened. I was at home in the garden very close to the entrance, near the intercom and nothing and no one showed up I am really disappointed with the so much declaimed efficiency of shipping delivery I will officially complain to Amazon as a Prime customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Amazon se preocupa tanto com a satisfação do cliente mas esquece do principal do caminhoneiro que traz e leva os seus produtos. Essa Amazon aqui é mais uma que desrespeita nós camionistas. Fizemos um percurso de 770 kms chegamos 2 horas adiantados. Nós fizeram esperar 40 minutos antes de estacionar na rampa. Sendo que está vazio aqui não havia nenhum caminhão além de nós. Tem que melhorar muito a recepção para com nós motoristas pois se a gente não transportar os produtos não chegam. Creio que eles esquecem disso.
Amazon cares so much about customer satisfaction but forgets the main thing about the trucker who brings and takes their products. This Amazon here is another one that disrespects us truckers. We made a course of 770 km and arrived 2 hours early. We did wait 40 minutes before parking on the ramp. Since it is empty here there were no trucks but us. We have to improve the reception a lot for us drivers because if we don't transport the products they won't arrive. I think they forget that.
