Prima ancora ho chiamato diverse volte per informazioni varie essendo la prima volta che mi capitava di demolire un'auto e la signorina al telefono è sempre stata gentile e disponibile nelle risposte.
Sul posto, la procedura è stata molto veloce e trasparente. Dopo aver lasciato con molto dispiacere le chiavi dell'auto al desk, chiedo indicazioni per la concessionaria dove avrei ritirato l'auto nuova e il titolare mi dice di salire in auto con lui e che mi ci avrebbe accompagnato, risparmiandomi più o meno 1,5km a piedi.
Non me lo sarei aspettato ed è stata cosa graditissima. Grazie!
I was here to demolish my previous car.
Before that, I called several times for various information as it was the first time I had to demolish a car and the young lady on the phone has always been polite and helpful in answering.
On the spot, the procedure was very fast and transparent. After having left the car keys at the desk with much regret, I ask for directions to the dealership where I would have collected the new car and the owner tells me to get in the car with him and that he would have accompanied me, saving me more or less 1, 5km on foot.
I would not have expected it and it was very welcome. Thanks!
