Oggi mi sono recato per tempo e una buona scorta di pazienza in via Volturno, ho aspettato 15 utenti prima di me per 3 ore circa e alla fine sono stato "servito" rapidamente, con competenza e gentilezza. Ho dato 10 e lode allo impiegato che si è interessato a me. Forse il servizio andrebbe organizzato meglio, le risorse umane paiono alla altezza.
