Non sono una persona dalle troppe pretese ma a casa mi sono dovuta riaggiustare la piega e il taglio non si notava nemmeno nonostante avessi chiesto un cambio di look .. il ragazzo appariva insicuro e sicuramente di poca esperienza. Talmente soddisfatta che ho già preso accordi per tornarci nonostante per me non sia proprio dietro l'angolo...lo consiglio veramente... A	Ana Bombonik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso valutare il lavoro del operato in quanto non ne ho avuta la possibilità, mese scorso ho acquistato un coupon su Groupon ho chiamato per prendere app, mi hanno chiesto il codice del mio acquisto e fin qui va bene in quanto non sapevo come funzionasse essendo la prima volta che lo facevo, purtroppo ho avuto un imprevisto lavorativo ho avvisato che non mi sarei presentata e di cercare di venirci in contro per un altro app, la ragazza mi ha detto che mi chiamava lei per un prossimo app, non avevo preferenze di distanza da un app al altro, quando avevano posto libere, sta di fatto che non mi ha chiamata nessuno per 3 gg dopo di che ho chiamo e mi e stato detto che il mio coupon e stato già utilizzanti in quanto non mi sono presentata al app, che il buono è stato attivato, adesso io mi sono letta tutto il regolamento di groupon e non ce scritto da nessuna parte che se io voglio cambiare giorno oppure ci sono impoveristi io possa cosi perdere i miei soldi senza neanche aver volatilizzato il buono! perciò mi trovo a dover dire che non sono stata aiutata da parte del personale a trovare una via per poter utilizzare ciò per cui io ho speso soldi, e mi trovo dispiaciuta perché avrei voluto anche provare i loro servizi in quanto ne parlano molto bene! perdersi per così poco e vergognoso ! Ritengo che sia un disservizio elevato dato che all'ingresso del salone c'è scritto che il cliente deve segnalare 24 ore prima il suo mancato appuntamento pena pagamento del servizio. Per chi come me si reca raramente dal parrucchiere o dall'estetista a causa di elevati impegni di lavoro, non godere del trattamento è un disservizio elevato che non può essere ripagato in alcun modo se non cambiando salone. Sono molto amareggiata!! I cannot even share experiences on the professionalism of aesthetics and hairdressing as the service was not provided to me twice due to lack of marking the appointments. I believe that it is a high disservice given that at the entrance to the salon it is written that the customer must report his missed appointment 24 hours in advance, under penalty of payment for the service. For those like me who rarely go to the hairdresser or beautician due to high work commitments, not enjoying the treatment is a high disservice that cannot be repaid in any way except by changing salon.
