S	Salvo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto professionali e molto empatici . Sono in cura presso questo studio da circa 4 mesi e devo dire che mi sto trovando estremamente bene . Ambiente decisamente accogliente. Oggi ho eseguito un` estrazione del dente del giudizio ( con mille paure) ma l'unico vero fastidio è stato per l`anestesia . Non ho sentito assolutamente nulla . Ho un bel po' di cure da fare.. La quinta stella a lavori ultimati (sono sicuro che ci sarà) . Very professional and very empathetic. I have been under treatment at this clinic for about 4 months and I must say that I am finding myself extremely well. Definitely welcoming environment. Today I performed a wisdom tooth extraction (with a thousand fears) but the only real annoyance was for the anesthesia. I felt absolutely nothing. I have a lot of care to do .. The fifth star when the work is completed (I'm sure it will be there).

Competenza, serietà, affidabilità, professionalità e simpatia .. potrei aggiungere tante altre cose ma mi fermo qua..in un ambiente accogliente e molto pulito , dalle segretarie al personale medico il meglio che una persona si possa aspettare da uno studio dentistico all'avanguardia .Un saluto al dott.Giorg ,Andrea e a tutto lo staff... I have been attending the Amadental studio in Magenta for a few months for a complex job .... what to say .. Competence, seriousness, reliability, professionalism and friendliness .. I could add many other things but I stop here .. in a welcoming and very clean environment , from the secretaries to the medical staff the best that a person can expect from a state-of-the-art dental practice. Proprio oggi ho fatto l’estrazione del dente del giudizio e devo dire che il personale è stato splendido! Professionalmente e nei modi, che fanno la differenza anche “sotto i ferri”. In questo studio si è accolti con cordialità e gentilezza e trattati con competenza e professionalità. Posso dire di essermi riconciliato con l'odontoiatria grazie a loro. When you go to the dentist you find yourself in a moment of weakness, often because of the pain and sometimes because the environments, so similar to an operating room, are intimidating. In this studio you are welcomed with cordiality and kindness and treated with competence and professionalism. I can say that I reconciled with dentistry thanks to them.
A	Asia Masi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente pessimi... vado lì con una convenzione per fare una pulizia dei denti , levare il dente del giudizio e farmi la ricostruzione ad un dente..morale della favola pur di farmi pagare si inventano che ho una parodintite e devo fare il laser... quindi mi fanno una pulizia dei denti incompleta, mi fanno tornare per fare la lastra al dente del giudizio e guarda un po' la macchina è rotta ... E per la ricostruzione del dente mi parlano che l'avrebbero fatta a giugno ..... Per Jan semplice ricostruzione... Inoltre mi propongono un meccanismo di sbiancamento che io non ho chiesto e non mi urge nemmeno fare dato che ho 20 anni e non fumo... Capisco così che volevano solo trovare modi per farmi pagare cose non coperte dalla convenzione... Cosi sento altri due pareri di altri dentisti e mi dicono che ho una lieve gengivite e che non devo assolutamente fare il laser. Ora fra due giorni levo il dente e settimana prossima ho la ricostruzione. Finisco col dire ultima cosa ..anche la segretaria e in generale l'utenza poco professionale che sparla dietro ai clienti e per giunta lo fa quando ci sono altri clienti in sala d'attesa....proprio brutto e poco professionale. Really bad ... I go there with a convention to do a cleaning of the teeth, remove the wisdom tooth and have a tooth reconstructed .. moral of the story just to get paid they invent that I have parodynthitis and I have to do the laser. .. so they make me an incomplete cleaning of the teeth, they make me come back to do the x-ray of the wisdom tooth and look at the machine is broken ... And for the reconstruction of the tooth they tell me that they would have done it in June. .... For Jan, a simple reconstruction ... They also offer me a whitening mechanism that I didn't ask for and I don't even need to do it since I'm 20 years old and I don't smoke ... So I understand that they just wanted to find ways to make me pay for things not covered by the convention ... So I hear two more opinions from other dentists and they tell me that I have mild gingivitis and that I absolutely must not do the laser. Now in two days I will remove the tooth and next week I have the reconstruction. I end up saying the last thing .. even the secretary and in general the unprofessional user who spits on customers and moreover does it when there are other customers in the waiting room .... just ugly and unprofessional.

Mi sono stati tolti due denti del giudizio, di cui uno era così complicato da estrarre che hanno dovuto spaccarlo in molti pezzi. In tutto ciò ho comunque sentito relativamente poco dolore e il giorno dopo mi ero quasi completamente già ripreso. Tutto il personale è molto disponibile, cordiale e premuroso di far sentire al meglio il paziente. Oltre a rispondere sempre in poco tempo su WhatsApp, mi hanno pure chiamato il giorno dopo per accertarsi sulle mie condizioni! A truly quality service, both for the operation and for the willingness to solve any problems with the patient. I had two wisdom teeth taken out, one of which was so complicated to extract that they had to split it into many pieces. In all of this, however, I felt relatively little pain and by the next day I was almost completely recovered. All the staff are very helpful, friendly and eager to make the patient feel their best. In addition to always responding quickly on WhatsApp, they also called me the next day to ascertain my conditions!

With almost no waiting time - that may depend on how many patients are waiting or what the doctor is concerned with - I was in line. Dr. Giorgio Pitea suggested to communicate in English. He was as relaxed as concentrated, acted systematically and efficiently. Could not have been better. Great recommendation!
