Riassumo tutto in due parole: FATE SCHIFO! I would have many things to write in detail to explain the inefficiency of your service and the fact that your inefficiency is a cause of non-usability of the city for both the citizens and the tourist development of Cosenza, but I prefer not to dedicate any more precious time to it. I sum it all in two words: SUCK!

Unica pecca il numero verde non funziona e sulle insegne non si legge niente. Vanno cambiate Friendly and helpful staff. I called a little while ago who answered me was very kind. G	Gabriele Mazza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un brutto servizio. Sono ritardatari e imprecisi. Questo servizio non rispetta per niente il suo nome e tra l'altro non c'è la giusta qualità-prezzo. Consiglierei di essere più precisi e di aumentare il numero di autobus (per la circolare veloce verde) o quantomeno abbassare il prezzo del biglietto visto che non è un servizio da €1,50.?? It is a bad service. They are laggards and imprecise. This service does not respect its name at all and among other things there is not the right quality-price. I would recommend to be more precise and to increase the number of buses (for the green fast circular) or at least lower the ticket price since it is not a € 1.50 service.

Il personale fa quello che può, l'amministrazione cosa fa? Intanto noi cittadini assistiamo impotenti allo scempio di una (UNA) sola circolare verde in giro per Cosenza dalle 20.00 in poi. Il che si traduce in attese di ore... Ma non si diceva "una circolare ogni 9 minuti"? Consiglio ai malcapitati: se avete perso il bus ed è sera andate a piedi, arrivate prima!! Bad service.
