★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La curiosità mi ha portato a contattare il centro Amate, il netto miglioramento dei miei problemi cronici di schiena mi ha convinto a proseguire, passando da una a due volte la settimana, e poi la professionalità (documentata) e la simpatia delle insegnanti ha fatto il resto. Vorrei anche aggiungere che le lezioni non sono affatto standard, ma ritagliate su misura, per chi vuole lezioni un po' soft e anche per chi vuole ...sudare. E' comunque una sfida, ogni volta, e una soddisfazione quando si raggiunge il "gradino più elevato".

Curiosity led me to contact the Amate center, the clear improvement in my chronic back problems convinced me to continue, going from one to two times a week, and then the professionalism (documented) and the sympathy of the teachers did the rest. I would also like to add that the lessons are not at all standard, but tailored, for those who want soft lessons and also for those who want to ... sweat. It is however a challenge, every time, and a satisfaction when the "highest step" is reached.
