È un bluff: il geometra si conquista le due prede con sorrisi, disponibilità e apparente competenza.
Qualsiasi richiesta avanzi anche per iscritto, lui fa a modo suo e ti ritrovi in una casa che non senti tua e pazienza.
Lavori interminabili( Nemmeno la Cappella Sistina ha richiesto tanto tempo)
Il geometra non è stato in grado di cambiare gli impianti senza rompere i pavimenti ( o l'ha fatto di proposito?) Che erano vecchiotti ma molto, molto pratici
Ci ha voluto "regalare" il pavimento:scelta molto vasta tra due mattonelle che erano in deposito dal 2010, come una babbea ne ho scelta una, quella che si sarebbe rivelata la mia maledizione. Se ci si affida ad una ditta presumo che il titolare dovrebbe informare i clienti sui pro e i contro di una scelta.(povera ignorante)
