A	ALESSANDRO SERAFINI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente sarò stato sfortunato, comunque ho preso un appuntamento nel mese di Gennaio 2019 per il montaggio di una caldaia, purtroppo un problema di salute del tecnico ha fatto slittare di qualche giorno il montaggio che è stato fatto non direttamente da Am service ma da una ditta con cui collaborano. 2 settimane fa invece ho preso un appuntamento per.la rottura dello scambiatore, appuntamento dato ad una settimana dalla chiamata. Il giorno prima mi avvisano della rottura di un furgone, li richiamo per sapere cosa fosse accaduto e per un secondo appuntamento, mi informano che devono organizzarsi e mi richiameranno per un appuntamento. É passata una settimana e sono scomparsi...chiaramente ho risolto il problema con un'altra ditta. Probably I will have been unlucky, however I made an appointment in January 2019 for the assembly of a boiler, unfortunately a health problem of the technician caused a few days to postpone the assembly that was done not directly by Am service but by a company with whom they collaborate. 2 weeks ago, instead, I made an appointment to break the exchanger, an appointment given a week after the call. The day before they warn me of a broken van, I call them to know what had happened and for a second appointment, they inform me that they have to organize themselves and they will call me back for an appointment. A week has passed and they disappeared ... clearly I solved the problem with another company.
