Acquistati infissi in alluminio per circa 16.000 euro, mi ritrovo: - le tapparelle in alluminio che sbattono rumorosamente a ogni alito di vento; e che si inceppano di continuo (a causa delle guide troppo larghe); - un grande vetrocamera stratificato che inizia a lesionarsi e ben presto si rompe completamente; - una porta-finestra con vetrocamera devastato, dopo solo sei anni, dalla condensa interna. Nessuna riparazione né risarcimento. Sostituzione del vetro inservibile solo a pagamento. E a caro prezzo (50% anticipato): € 390 + iva per un vetro di cm. 55 x 218 (modello 33.1+20+33.1BE). Chiedo almeno uno sconto. La risposta è indisponente: una elemosina di 10 (DIECI) euro. Dopo aver pagato 16.000 euro! Bad, incredible experience. Abbiamo chiesto l'assistenza per una tapparella che non si chiudeva più e come prima cosa ci è stato risposto arrogantemente che il lavoro non era più in garanzia. Quindi? Mai detto che non dovessimo pagare il dovuto, ma il disagio c'era e la prima cosa sarebbe stata cercare di capire come risolvere. L'assistenza si sarebbe attivata previa accettazione e pagamento anticipato di un preventivo di spesa di 540€ per il sopralluogo. Più eventuali spese per i pezzi di ricambio e manodopera. Il fatto che la commissione iniziale fosse molto alta a quanto pare non ha nessun peso. Ci siamo rivolti altrove e abbiamo risolto con molto poco. La persona che ci ha aiutato ci ha messo non più di 15 minuti per sistemare il problema, chiedendo una cifra decisamente inferiore a quella richiesta dalla ditta. Senza contare la cortesia e la buona cura del cliente, che a quanto pare questa azienda non sa cosa sia! Fate poi attenzione perché non tutte le voci del preventivo vengono sempre rispettate e quando farete notare che avete ricevuto un prodotto diverso, lo negheranno e non ne risponderanno più.
