Se si acquista letto+materasso c'è una buona promozione con sconto del 35%. I materassi sono davvero ottimi ed essendo presidio sanitario e possono essere scaricati col 730. Kind and competent. I went to them by appointment. You can see the display of the mattresses and they also have some very nice beds. If you buy bed + mattress there is a good promotion with a 35% discount. The mattresses are really excellent and being a medical center and can be unloaded with the 730.

Unica pecca, un pò troppo lunghi i tempi di consegna per quanto riguarda i privati. Per esempio non si può promettere la consegna nell'arco di un mese quando nella fattispecie non è così; capisco che sia una tattica di marketing, ma la trasparenza e l'umiltà di dire "non ce la facciamo per la data prevista" costava nulla dirlo. Avrei accettato comunque il loro servizio. Soprattutto non costava nulla avvertirmi perchè avrei capito la situazione e avrei accettato comunque tempo diverso di consegna. Peccato, avrei lasciato una mancia in più. Recently bought their products and am quite happy with it. The staff is nice. The only flaw, the delivery times for private individuals are a little too long. For example, delivery within a month cannot be promised when this is not the case; I understand it's a marketing tactic, but the transparency and humility of saying "we can't make it by the due date" cost nothing to say. I would have accepted their service anyway. Above all, it did not cost anything to warn me because I would have understood the situation and would have accepted a different delivery time anyway. Too bad, I would have left an extra tip.
R	Roberto M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza PESSIMA! Acquistato un letto in tessuto nel 2011/2012, al quale si sono rotte alcune doghe, attacchi in plastica compresi. Oggi dopo meno di 10 anni dall'acquisto, dovendo spostare il letto di casa decido di sostituirle ordinando i ricambi contattando la casa madre telefonicamente: 1) L'addetta all'assistenza clienti mi comunica che la collega che segue i privati non è presente alla scrivania, invitandomi a richiamare 2) Richiamo il giorno successivo e vengo invitato a scrivere una mail 3) Scrivo una mail ma non ottengo risposta 4) Richiamo per sollecitare la risposta e vengo invitato a contattare un rivenditore 5) Chiamo il rivenditore dove era stato acquistato il letto, sul cui sito viene indicato come rivenditore principale. Ottengo come risposta che non trattano più il marchio da diversi anni (!!!!). Si consiglia un aggiornamento del sito... 6) Contatto un altro rivenditore che, dopo due giorni mi risponde tramite mail che i RICAMBI NON SONO DISPONIBILI!!! MORALE: letto da circa 1.600€ inutilizzabile per mancanza di ricambi. Avrei fatto meglio ad orientarmi verso i prodotti Ikea... BAD assistance! Purchased a fabric bed in 2011/2012, to which some slats, including plastic attachments, have broken. Today after less than 10 years from the purchase, having to move the bed at home, I decide to replace them by ordering the spare parts by contacting the parent company by phone: 1) The customer service agent informs me that the colleague who follows the private individuals is not present at the desk, inviting me to call back 2) I'll call you back the next day and I'm invited to write an email 3) I write an email but I don't get an answer 4) I call back to solicit a response and I am invited to contact a reseller 5) I call the retailer where the bed was purchased, on whose site it is listed as the main retailer. I get in response that they have no longer dealt with the brand for several years (!!!!). We recommend a site update ... 6) I contact another dealer who, after two days, replies by email that SPARE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE !!! MORAL: bed for about € 1,600 unusable due to lack of spare parts. I would have done better to orient myself towards Ikea products ...
