★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza, personale scortese e sono stato seguito per tutto il negozio come se fossi un ladro. Dopo letteralmente 2 minuti sono uscito per il disagio provocatomi.
Bad experience, rude staff and I was followed around the shop like I was a thief. After literally 2 minutes I went out for the discomfort it caused me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se con un enorme ritardo sono stata accolta da persone competenti, gentili, premurose. Ho portato due scatole di vestiario e con molto piacere ho notato che è stato smistato tutto subito non come in un altro posto dove sono andata hanno nel vero senso della parola buttato le borse con il vestiario in un angolo come se fosse carta straccia. Alla mia domanda su come mai il materiale fosse stato messo in disparte piuttosto che smistarlo subito, mi sono sentita rispondere che era nella loro routine separare più avanti. Sicuramente ad altro uso prenderò un altro appuntamento per consegnare altri indumenti. Grazie a tutte le persone che ci lavorano perché sono stata trattata come una persona di famiglia anche se era la prima volta che vedevo quelle signore. C'era anche un ragazzo che ha visto le gocce di sudore sul mio viso e subito si è prodigato nel venirmi incontro per aiutarmi.
Even if with a huge delay I was greeted by competent, kind, caring people. I brought two boxes of clothing and with great pleasure I noticed that everything was sorted immediately, not like in another place where I went, in the true sense of the word they threw the bags with the clothing in a corner as if it were waste paper. To my question as to why the material was being sidelined rather than sorting it out right away, I was told that it was their routine to separate later on. I will certainly make another appointment to deliver other clothes for another use. Thanks to all the people who work there because I was treated like a family person even though it was the first time I saw those ladies. There was also a guy who saw the drops of sweat on my face and immediately went out of his way to come and help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna fare un distinguo: personale di Trento pessimo, bravissimo nel metterti a disagio. Personale di Rovereto affabili e cortesi. Ultimamente a Trento pochissima scelta, le cose migliori le tengono in vetrina e poi non le trovi più.
We have to make a distinction: bad staff from Trento, very good at making you uncomfortable. Friendly and courteous staff from Rovereto. Lately in Trento very little choice, they keep the best things in the window and then you can't find them anymore.
