Oltre alla professionalità degli chef come Lucio Caporarello e gli altri, quello che fa la differenza è l'ambiente creato da Toni e Terry Sarcina che hanno tenuto a battesimo i piu importanti cuochi italiani. Oggi hanno sublimato la scuola di cucina in una scuola di tradizioni, di cultura, di valori familiari. È un veco centro benessere dove larte della cucina si fonde con la terapia del cuore dellanima e della mente. Si esce rinfrancati e con qualche buona idea da proporre agli amici. È una ottima idea da regalare ai figli e agli amici
