Ottima impressione, gentile e disponibili per spiegazioni ed informazioni.
Facciamo il tutto per il preventivo e mi viene detto che in 2 giorni avrei avuto il preventivo.
Mercoledì 19 febbraio chiamo per avere informazioni dato che non avevo ancora ricevuto nulla. La persona con cui avevo parlato era impegnata e mi richiama alle 19 passate e mi dice che era solo da controllare e me lo avrebbero mandato Venerdì 21 massimo Lunedì 24.
Richiamo Lunedì 2 Marzo la persona con cui avevo parlato era in malattia ma chi mi ha risposto al telefono mi ha assicurato che lo avrei ricevuto massimo Mercoledì.
Ad oggi Venerdì 6 Marzo non ho ancora ricevuto niente.

We do everything for the quote and I'm told that in 2 days I would have the quote.
Wednesday, February 19 I call for information since I had not yet received anything. The person I spoke to was busy and he calls me back at 19 past and tells me that it was only to be checked and they would have sent it to me on Friday 21 maximum Monday 24.
I call back Monday March 2 the person I spoke to was ill but whoever answered the phone assured me that I would receive him maximum Wednesday.
To date, Friday 6 March I have not yet received anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza e competenza, bisogna chiamarli e richiamarli per farli venire a risolvere i continui problemi che hanno causato. Mentre scrivo sono passate più di 3 settimane da quando li ho chiamati per l'ennesimo problema. Nessun rispetto per il cliente, poi se li contatti ti sorridono come se non fosse successo niente. Tutti possiamo sbagliare, ma almeno se ci sono problemi si chiede un minimo di professionalità nel seguire un cliente che a pagato per avere un lavora fatto bene. MAI PIU' CON ALTAINFISSI.
Bad experience and competence, you have to call them and call them back to get them to come and solve the continuous problems they have caused. As of this writing it has been more than 3 weeks since I called them about yet another problem. No respect for the customer, then if you contact them they smile at you as if nothing had happened. We can all make mistakes, but at least if there are problems, a minimum of professionalism is required in following a client who is paid for having a job done well. NEVER AGAIN WITH ALTAINFISSI.
