Qui pottebbe finire la piacevole esperienza, tuttavia mi preme di sottolineare ottima cantina, gentilezza del proprietario e materie prime di alta qualità. Expectations were high, they were more than paid off by the exceptional Spanish meat offered by the very nice owner. Here the pleasant experience could end, however I would like to emphasize the excellent cellar, the kindness of the owner and high quality raw materials.

A chi solo un po' piace esplorare il mondo del BBQ non sfuggono errori di "settaggio" della brace (che è a vista) che poi purtroppo rovinano un buon pezzo di carne. Inoltre il servizio era in evidente difficoltà e poco preparato sui tagli. Continuate a percorrere questa strada e miglioratevi, e soprattutto confrontatevi con bracerie fuori da questo territorio per capire cosa significa avere un locale del genere. S	Samuele Pellegrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualitá della carne è eccelsa, difficile trovare una ricerca piu attenta sulla scelta dei tagli e delle razze trattate, hanno una carta dei vini che farebbe invidia ad un ristorante stellato, ma quello che ti avvolge maggiormente è la cordialitá e la simpatia dei titolari del locale… ci siamo sentiti a casa mangiando una tartare ed una bistecca che la nostra memoria fatica a ricordarne di migliori. Torneremo senz’altro…. Peccato solo una cosa, che siete a 200 km di distanza da casa mia. Continuate così siete davvero ai massimi livelli di qualità. Siamo stati consigliati al meglio circa la scelta delle pietanze e dei vini...è stata una vera e propria esperienza culinaria, penso che le foto siano già sufficienti per capire che in questo locale si è molto attenti alla scelta e all'utilizzo delle materie prime oltre che alla presentazione. Grazie mille a tutti per come ci avete "coccolato" e saziato... Ci vedremo molto molto presto ... Consiglio vivamente a tutte le persone amanti del buon cibo e del buon vino..
