★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 perché meno non si può dare. 05/05 vengono per fare un sopralluogo per una nuova linea, in centro a pontedassio. Il 7/05 mandano un tecnico... Che mi stacca una vecchia linea e mi attacca Tim[(non ero a casa personalmente e dice di non aver capito che doveva fare una nuova linea)... Sul contratto c'è scritto nuova linea, ma forse l'italiano è un opzional] ... Chiamo infuriata e spiego che non ho chiesto questo. Ma una nuova linea... Che per staccare un modem e metterne un altro ero capace anche io. Spiego che voglio una nuova linea e che NON SI DEVONO APPOGGIARE ALLA VECCHIA LINEA(fastweb) perché ho bisogno di 2 linee una fastweb e una tim. Mi devono installare la nuova linea di tim, e non staccarmi fastweb e attaccarmi sopra tim... Parlo con il responsabile e mi dice che devono chiedere i permessi allora... Aspettiamo... Siamo al 15/06 e ancora sto aspettando che mi vengano a mettere internet a casa... NEL 2021 un mese per installare internet? i permessi a chi li devono chiedere? Il 187 continua ad aprire segnalazioni ma questi non si degnano di rispondere. 0/0 aspetto che mi chiamate.
1 because you can't give less. 05/05 they come to make an inspection for a new line, in the center of Pontedassio. On 7/05 they send a technician ... Who disconnects an old line and attacks me Tim [(I was not at home personally and says he did not understand that he had to make a new line) ... The contract says new line, but perhaps Italian is an optional] ... I call infuriated and explain that I did not ask for this. But a new line ... That I too was capable of disconnecting a modem and putting another one. I explain that I want a new line and that YOU SHOULD NOT LAY ON THE OLD LINE (fastweb) because I need 2 lines a fastweb and a tim. I have to install the new line of tim, and not detach me fastweb and attack me on tim ... I talk to the manager and he tells me that they have to ask for permissions then ... Let's wait ... We are at 15/06 and I'm still waiting for that they come to put the internet at home ... IN 2021 a month to install the internet? who should they ask for permissions? 187 continues to open reports but these do not deign to respond. 0/0 waiting for you to call me.
