Per oltre una settimana il titolare non è riuscito a fornirmi un preventivo (sebbene lo avessi più volte sollecitato) il quale in aggiunta non sarebbe stato gratuito. Inoltre, il medesimo mi aveva avvertito "solo il giovedì prima" che tale preventivo sarebbe stato fornibile di lunedì. Ho notato una scarsa professionalità nonchè uno scarso interesse a servire nuovi clienti. A ragione di quanto sopra, lui medesimo mi aveva consigliato di recarmi da un meccanico vicino al mio luogo di residenza.
I left the car from this workshop following a claim.
For over a week the owner was unable to provide me with a quote (although I had requested it several times) which in addition would not have been free. Furthermore, he had warned me "only the Thursday before" that this estimate would be available on Monday. I noticed a lack of professionalism as well as a lack of interest in serving new customers. Because of the above, he himself had advised me to go to a mechanic near my place of residence.
