L'assistenza al cliente è al primo posto, a pari merito con l'attenzione per gli animali. La titolare è una persona cordiale e sempre solare, sa come coccolare il cliente e il suo amico a quattro zampe (o pesce che di si voglia). Se nel negozio dovesse mancare qualcosa di particolare non esitano a ordinarlo dai fornitori. Ottima fornitura anche di cibo veterinario per qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio, a chi è vicino alla zona centro o anche ci passa da quelle parti, di fermarsi. C'è di tutto di più per cani di tutte le taglie, ma soprattutto hanno tanto per i gatti. Hanno tantissimi prodotti e soprattutto vendono anche pesci sia di acqua calda che di acqua fredda, i mangimi per pesci e tartarughe, e pure mangimi per i roditori, uccelli, rettili. Caterina alla cassa è gentilissima. Moreno idem. Moreno fa un servizio ottimo ai nostri amici Fido. Li tratta veramente bene. Complimenti ragazzi/e. Continuate così. Buon lavoro.
