Lavoro anch'io nel commercio da quasi 20 anni e ho imparato che il cliente va tenuto aggiornato, specialmente quando ci sono problemi tipo garanzie, tempi di consegna e altro.
Non deve essere l'acquirente a chiedere aggiornamenti.
Ho notato inoltre che danno molti consigli ma a volte discordanti fra loro.
Mi hanno fatto comprare dei diabolo da 0,53 grammi che poi in un secondo momento mi hanno detto che forse sono un po' troppo pesanti per la mia CO2.
