Bad experience: fixtures paid (welded) a year ago and…. Still nothing, no windows have been delivered to me! I had to put in the lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho stipulato da poco un contratto con Alperia, avendo trovato una loro offerta che sembrava interessante su facile.it. Me ne sono già pentito, dato che la chiarezza non sembra essere loro prerogativa. Sto parlando del "Bonus di 20 Euro sulla materia Gas naturale" che sponsorizzano a caratteri cubitali in ogni pagina del loro sito. Ebbene, solo dopo la sottoscrizione del contratto mi sono reso conto di un paragrafo in caratteri minuscoli in cui è scritto che quel bonus, erogato con la prima bolletta, in caso di recesso entro i TRENTASEI mesi dalla effettiva decorrenza dell'offerta, verrà stornato con addebito sull'ultima bolletta. PECCATO che il prezzo conveniente dell'offerta a cui ho aderito ha valenza solo per DODICI mesi! Ovviamente cambierò fornitore dopo i 12 mesi dato che i prezzi "normali" sono davvero assurdi, per cui il bonus tanto millantato praticamente non esiste! E' una vera PRESA PER I FONDELLI. Sembra una sciocchezza, ma a parer mio sono proprio queste piccole cose che fanno capire l'onestà e le intenzioni di un'azienda. Vedremo come si comporteranno con la fornitura, se sarà veramente così economico o se tutti i COSTI FISSI sparpagliati in modo convulso per le trenta pagine dei contratti alla fine mi faranno spendere più che se avessi scelto il servizio di maggior tutela.
I recently signed a contract with Alperia, having found one of their offers that seemed interesting on Facile.it. I've already regretted it, as clarity doesn't seem to be their prerogative. I'm talking about the "20 Euro Bonus on Natural Gas" that they sponsor in huge letters on every page of their site. Well, only after signing the contract did I realize a paragraph in lowercase letters in which it is written that that bonus, paid with the first bill, in the event of withdrawal within THIRTY-SIX months from the effective date of the offer, will be canceled with charge on the last bill. TOOUGH that the affordable price of the offer I have signed up for is only valid for TWELVE months! Obviously I will change supplier after 12 months since the "normal" prices are really absurd, so the much vaunted bonus practically does not exist! It is a real CAPTURE FOR THE BOTTOMS. It seems nonsense, but in my opinion it is these little things that make us understand the honesty and intentions of a company. We will see how they will behave with the supply, if it will be really so cheap or if all the FIXED COSTS scattered in a convulsive way for the thirty pages of the contracts in the end will make me spend more than if I had chosen the most protected service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuano a pervenire bollette (pagamento tramite rid bancario) di cui viene indicato soltanto il numero della fattura di riferimento. Sarebbe uno spreco delle bostre preziose energie indicare a quale servizio e a quale periodo si riferiscono? O è chiedere troppo?
Bills continue to be received (payment by bank transfer) of which only the reference invoice number is indicated. Would it be a waste of your precious energy to indicate which service and which period they refer to? Or is that too much to ask?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich versuche seit Dezember einen Vertrag privat auf mich umzuschreiben. Bin bereits Kunde, also alle Daten verfügbar, aber erhalte nur Antworten "bitte Geduld" oder seit Wochen gar keine Rückmeldung mehr. Habe kein Verständnis mehr für irgendwelche Ausreden.
I've been trying to rewrite a contract privately since December. I'm already a customer, so all data is available, but I only get answers "please be patient" or no response at all for weeks. I don't understand any more excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unverschämt am Telefon: "Sie sind nicht der einzige Kunde, wir haben über 200.000 - da muss man schon mal 3 oder 4 Wochen auf eine Antwort warten." Katastrophale Kommunikation, unterirdisch, von Service darf man im selben Atemzug mit alperia nicht sprechen. Die Gespräche sollten aufgezeichnet und im Radio gesendet werden, dann wäre es wenigstens für alle Anderen außer den Betroffenen erheiternd!
PS: Leider geht nicht weniger als ein Stern.
Outrageous on the phone: "You are not the only customer, we have over 200,000 - you have to wait 3 or 4 weeks for an answer." Catastrophic communication, underground, one should not speak of service in the same breath as alperia. The conversations should be recorded and broadcast on the radio, then at least it would be amusing for everyone else except those involved!
PS: Unfortunately, less than one star is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non capisco come possano essere consigliati da Altroconsumo quando nessuno di loro sa come funzionano le cose. Al call center ti mettono in viva voce e non capisci se parli con chi ti ha risposto oppure con un altro cliente che ha chiamato. Si sentono addirittura gli altri clienti che parlano e penso che a livello di privacy non penso sia corretto e legale. Pessima esperienza !!!! Per fortuna me ne sono accorto prima di continuare con il contratto
I don't understand how they can be recommended by Altroconsumo when none of them know how things work. At the call center they put you on speakerphone and you don't understand if you are talking to whoever answered you or to another customer who called. You can even hear the other customers talking and I think that in terms of privacy I don't think it's fair and legal. Bad experience !!!! Luckily I realized this before continuing with the contract

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who has lived for one year in BZ, comparing to other energy companies in Europe, Alperia has still has much room for improvement. The gas estimates are completely off the mark (and unsurprisingly to the company's advantage), there is no obvious way to communicate the reading online, you need to go in person to the offices. It's great if one has time to enjoy "village life", but not if one is busy working as office hours are 8-16 3 days a week and 8-12 the other two! In the meantime, they've been siphoning 40 euros per month more than they should. Clearly this company has no competitor and doesn't make any effort to be more efficient. Website is flashy, but vacuous and useless for customers. The way they operate could be 1990.
