Noi abbiamo conosciuto uno dei gestori grazie all'ufficio turistico e con loro abbiamo fatto due diverse visite guidate presso la loro azienda dove allevano gli animali e li nutrono con il fieno di Livigno in inverno ed erba e fiori con integrazione di cereali no ogm in estate, e presso l'Alpe Vago dove hanno il caseificio. In questo punto vendita centrale si trovano tutti i loro prodotti,dalle bresaole alle slinzeghe,allo scimudin da alpeggio a quelli della Latteria di Livigno, biscotti della pasticceria Cusini e tanti altri prodotti. Prezzi onesti. Tutto di qualità, tutto secondo tradizione. Andateci di corsa e comprate anche per i parenti a casa. Professionalism, Passion, Seriousness and competence. We met one of the managers thanks to the tourist office and with them we made two different guided visits to their company where they breed animals and feed them with Livigno hay in winter and grass and flowers with the integration of non-GMO cereals in summer , and at the Alpe Vago where they have the dairy. In this central point of sale you will find all their products, from bresaole to slinzeghe, to mountain pasture scimudin to those of the Latteria di Livigno, biscuits from the Cusini pastry shop and many other products. Honest prices. All of quality, all according to tradition. Go there and buy for relatives at home too.

Se questi , come affermano, utilizzano soltanto la parte di fesa della vacca, e con una di esse se ne producono due pezzi, come fanno a vendere milioni di pezzi l’anno, avendo nella stalla qualche decina di manze? Tutti i capi indistintamente provengono dal Sud America, e in particolare, dal Brasile! Poi ci sono i servizi giornalistici , come quello andato in onda su rai tre, che con folklore faceva vedere la lavorazione dei prodotti a livello locale! Il giornalista si era messo d’accordo con l’azienda, così come vi sono falsissime recensioni su questa piattaforma che non vengono controllate. Altro elemento non di poco conto, è che su tutti i salumi venga usato un conservante chimico, il solfato di potassio, che se utilizzato in misura eccedente i parametri di legge, è altamente pericoloso!
