★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'alpe si raggiunge in circa un'ora e mezza di cammino salendo l'antica "Strada delle vacche", una bellissima mulattiera, tutta a tornanti, che si inerpica sulla boscosa Costa di Fracchia partendo da Santa Maria Maggiore.
L'alpe è preannunciata da una piccola cappella ed è costituita solo da una grande stalla (ormai abbandonata) e da una baita.
Molto bello il panorama che si apre verso nord e verso est.
Proseguendo ci si inoltra nella Val Basso, verso la cappella di Larecchio.
 The alp can be reached in about an hour and a half by walking up the ancient "Strada delle vacche", a beautiful mule track, all with hairpin bends, which climbs up the wooded Costa di Fracchia starting from Santa Maria Maggiore.
The alp is heralded by a small chapel and consists only of a large stable (now abandoned) and a hut.
The panorama that opens towards the north and east is very beautiful.
Continuing on, you enter the Val Basso, towards the chapel of Larecchio.
