★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent tour of the Pompeii Ruins, Sorrento, and Capri in May 2019 with them! Everything was pretty well-timed to fit a LOT in a day, and the guide spoke English very well. He was courteous, answered questions, and gave freedom if you wanted it.
The only complaint that I have is that the restaurant that they took us to wouldn't allow us to order something other than what was pre-prepared. I wanted to try pizza in Sorrento, but they wouldn't allow us to get anything other than the lasagna everyone else got. I was happy to pay for it separately, but they didn't allow for it. Oh well!
I'm happy Royal Caribbean set us up with this guide! Excellent job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a tour with this company in Rome two weeks ago. They were contracted thru Disney Cruise Line. The tour was rushed and the guide kept saying "andiamo" the whole time. We were not allowed to stop at any of the Vatican Gift Shops. The Guide brought us to one of her "preferred" gift shops. Basically the guide made a commission off what we bought. The items were all inflated prices. The gift shop was "Roman Holiday" . The headsets did not work as well. Paid $399 for the Best of Rome tour which did not include the Parthenon. Seem like I got ripped off....
