Nelle sue visite ambulatoriali ricorda molto il famoso medico della mutua interpretato da Sordi, Guido Tersilli, in quanto riesce a "disbrigare" il paziente in tempi abbastanza rapidi, ma senza dissimulare, tutto sommato, una certa mancanza di profondità di diagnosi che alla fine va bene per la maggior parte dei pazienti ma non risolve certo la patologia di altri. Insomma è un medico di tipo conservativo più che di attacco alla malattia, di qualunque tipo essa sia. Inoltre tende quasi esclusivamente a risolvere lo stato del paziente attraverso la somministrazione di farmaci piuttosto "pesanti" da digerire dal nostro organismo, come quelli a base di cortisoni o antibiotici, per la serie "metodi naturali questi sconosciuti", vedi rimedi omeopatici. Inoltre ha una certa reticenza ad affidare il proprio paziente ad uno specialista, come se il semplice fatto di farlo sminuisse il suo operato, ebbene si! appartiene a quella categoria di medici di base che nutrono una certa gelosia nei confronti dei loro colleghi più importanti. Insomma tutto sommato non è certo la scelta ideale da fare per affidarsi ad un medico di base, ma se non si trova di meglio...meglio che niente.
