La segreteria è stata molto gentile e mi ha passato un responsabile.
Capisco che revisionare un piccolo compressore magari è una scocciatura ma c'è modo e modo di trattare il cliente.
Il responsabile è stato altamente maleducato, sbrigativo e scocciato nelle poche risposte.
Consiglio caldamente a chi malauguratamente pensasse di rivolgersi ad Almac per revisionare il suo compressore NON INDUSTRIALE di andare da un'altra parte.
Altamente sconsigliato
I contacted Almac to overhaul a compressor for domestic use.
The secretary was very nice and passed me a manager.
I understand that overhauling a small compressor may be a nuisance but there is a way and way to treat the customer.
The manager was highly rude, hasty and annoyed in the few responses.
I strongly recommend to those who unfortunately thought of turning to Almac to overhaul their NON-INDUSTRIAL compressor to go somewhere else.
