★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'é qualcosa che non riesco a comprendere, ho visto che sul sito indicate che ALMA é ente accreditato per il riconoscimento EQF dalla regione. Questo é vero per quanto concerne cucina e pasticceria, mentre il corso di manager della ristorazione non é accreditato da nessuna parte. Visto il costo non indifferente, per quale motivo questo corso non é riconosciuto tramite gli EQF? All'estero (ed anche in Italia) ad esempio non ha valore formale. È corretta l'informazione che il corso di manager della ristorazione non ha riconoscimento EQF specifico e ALMA possa accreditare EQF solo per cucina e pasticceria?
There is something that I cannot understand, I have seen that on the website you indicate that ALMA is an accredited body for EQF recognition from the region. This is true with regard to cooking and pastry, while the restaurant manager course is not accredited anywhere. Given the considerable cost, why is this course not recognized through the EQFs? Abroad (and also in Italy), for example, it has no formal value. Is the information correct that the restaurant manager course does not have specific EQF recognition and ALMA can accredit EQF only for cuisine and pastry?
