★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia "salvezza"!!!Mi sono rivolta a loro per un esame di italiano il livello B1 cittadinanza.Molto,molto professionali ed umani;ho passato un periodo di grande angoscia, incertezza,attesa,cambiamenti e...di nuovo attesa...fino quando, finalmente,sono riuscita a sostenere l'esame il 07.07.2020. Dal primo giorno mi hanno offerto gli strumenti necessari anche pur non volendo,inizialmente,fare qualche ora di preparazione. Poi,ho fatto 5 ore di preparazione ad un prezzo decente,competitivo direi.Un sincero GRAZIE a TUTTO il personale e...specialmente alla Direzione della scuola!!!Hanno gestito lo svolgimento degli esami in un modo impeccabile,con tutte le dovute norme di protezione.Un caro saluto e la mia gratitudine a Luana e Irene!!! Competenza,trasparenza,gentilez za,schiettezza e...disponibilità sono gli attributi del personale di Alma Mater Piombino!!!Consiglio vivamente la scuola!
 My "salvation" !!! I turned to them for an Italian citizenship level B1 exam. Very, very professional and human; I went through a period of great anguish, uncertainty, waiting, changes and ... waiting again ... until, finally, I managed to take the exam on 07.07.2020. From the first day they offered me the necessary tools even though they initially did not want to do a few hours of preparation. Then, I did 5 hours of preparation at a decent price, I would say competitive.A sincere THANKS to ALL the staff and ... especially to the school management !!! They managed the exams in an impeccable way, with all the necessary protection standards.A warm greeting and my gratitude to Luana and Irene !!! Competence, transparency, kindness, frankness and ... availability are the attributes of the staff of Alma Mater Piombino !!! I highly recommend the school!
