★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 25 anni di attività di import, posso dire che l’esperienza con Alltrans rientrerà nella storia della nostra azienda come la più brutta esperienza avuta con uno spedizioniere.
Per lo standard a cui siamo abituati (direi uno standard assolutamente normale), Alltrans è mancata totalmente di professionalità: un’azienda che, a spedizione conclusa, peraltro con assurde peripezie e ritardi ingiustificati, emette la fattura di pagamento in base alla quotazione concordata e, appena ricevuto il pagamento, ti invia una fattura supplementare per voci uscite fuori improvvisamente ed imprevedibilmente. Così, ti minaccia di non consegnare la merce, se non paghi anche la nuova fattura (di circa 6.000 euro oltre la quotazione iniziale), consapevole del fatto che poteva far valere il diritto di ritenzione della merce e crearti un danno enorme. Al punto che siamo stati costretti a far intervenire il nostro legale per ottenere (meglio, subire) una “transazione” sulle somme aggiunte, in assenza della quale avremmo consegnato la merce con un tale ritardo che avremmo rischiato di perdere il nostro Cliente. Un comportamento a dir poco abominevole.
Qualsiasi altro spedizioniere, al confronto, credetemi, è una perla rara! Da titolare di azienda, una simile esperienza davvero non la auguro neanche al mio peggiore nemico.
In 25 years of import business, I can say that the experience with Alltrans will be part of the history of our company as the worst experience with a freight forwarder.
By the standard we are used to (I would say an absolutely normal standard), Alltrans is totally lacking in professionalism: a company that, once the shipment is completed, however, with absurd ups and downs and unjustified delays, issues the payment invoice based on the agreed quotation and , as soon as payment is received, it sends you an additional invoice for items that suddenly and unexpectedly come out. Thus, he threatens you not to deliver the goods, if you do not also pay the new invoice (of about 6,000 euros over the initial price), aware of the fact that he could assert the right of retention of the goods and create enormous damage. To the point that we were forced to have our lawyer intervene to obtain (better, undergo) a "transaction" on the added amounts, in the absence of which we would have delivered the goods with such a delay that we would have risked losing our customer. An abominable behavior to say the least.
Any other freight forwarder, believe me, is a rare gem in comparison! As a business owner, I really do not wish such an experience even to my worst enemy.
