★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per il secondo anno mi ha mandato un avviso di scadenza via mail. Peccato che non so nemmeno chi siano, e vedo due possibilità:
tentativo di incassare un premio non dovuto (visto che l'avviso arriva casualmente in prossimità della scadenza polizza con altra compagnia)
non professionalità nel non prendere nota della risposta dell'anno scorso
Aggiornamento 2022: per il terzo anno consecutivo mi hanno comunicato la scadenza delle polizza. Sono rimasto senza parole.
 for the second year he sent me an expiration notice via email. Too bad I don't even know who they are, and I see two possibilities:
attempt to collect an undue premium (given that the notice arrives randomly near the expiry of the policy with another company)
unprofessionalism in not taking note of last year's answer
Update 2022: for the third consecutive year I have been informed of the expiry of the policy. I was left speechless.
