Tolleranza zero verso animali domestici e rumori di alcun tipo! Non è un posto di relax, questo è assodato! Non lo consiglio a famiglie o a coppie giovani The apartment is beautiful, the owners are kind, the NEGATIVE note is that it is located in an apartment building and the neighbors constantly complain, creating many inconveniences! Zero tolerance towards pets and noises of any kind! It is not a place of relaxation, this is well established! I don't recommend it to families or young couples

I proprietari sono molto gentili e possono fornire utili consigli. Il mio soggiorno con la famiglia presso questa struttura é stato perfetto. Perfect accommodation for visiting Viterbo and its surroundings. The house is very comfortable and furnished with great attention to detail. The owners are very nice and can provide useful advice. My stay with the family at this property was perfect.

B&B arredato con mobili nuovi, 2 camere provviste di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, 2 bagni, cucina con forno, TV, Frigo e chi più ne ha più ne metta, per non parlare della pulizia impeccabile... Posizionata vicino Villa Lante, che sarà possibile visitare e con parcheggio molto vicino nonostante si tratti di una zona centrale... Ma il valore aggiunto di questa struttura sono i proprietari, sempre a disposizione per ogni possibile esigenza o informazione di cui si può aver bisogno; ci hanno consigliato posti idonei e carini per andare a pranzo, a cena e per effettuare visite culturali... Insomma cosa dire, sarebbe un sogno poter avere una struttura così a disposizione ogni volta che si ha voglia di viaggiare... 5 Stelle meritatissime, soddisfazione massima, semplicemente al TOP... I was here on vacation a couple of days and I was able to appreciate all the potential that the structure offers ... B & B furnished with new furniture, 2 bedrooms equipped with everything you may need, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with oven, TV, Fridge and so on and so forth, not to mention the impeccable cleanliness ... Located near Villa Lante, which you can visit and with parking very close despite being a central area ... But the added value of this structure are the owners, always available for any possible need or information you may need; they recommended suitable and nice places to go for lunch, dinner and for cultural visits ... In short, what to say, it would be a dream to have such a structure available every time you want to travel ... 5 deserved stars, maximum satisfaction, simply at the TOP ...

Gestori cortesi, disponibili e molto attenti ai dettagli. Ambienti nuovi, accoglienti e pulitissimi. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. Quando torneremo nella zona di Viterbo sarete la nostra prima scelta!! A presto… Highly recommended. I stayed with the family for 2 days on the weekend of 23-24 November 2019 and it felt like home. Courteous, helpful and very attentive to detail managers. New, welcoming and very clean environments. There are no parking problems. When we return to the Viterbo area you will be our first choice !! See you soon…

Sito a pochi KM da Viterbo, a BAGNAIA, di fianco ad un ampio parcheggio e soprattutto ad una bellissima Villa Storica (Villa della Rovere), location di molti film, tra cui YOUNG POPE. Nota di merito per gli Host, una coppia squisita che ha cercato di renderci la vacanza perfetta in tutto. Sicuramente consigliato Excellent structure, friendly and precise hosts. Clean and well distributed environment, we have not had any kind of problem or special needs. Located a few KM from Viterbo, in BAGNAIA, next to a large parking lot and above all to a beautiful Historic Villa (Villa della Rovere), location of many films, including YOUNG POPE. Note of merit for the Hosts, an exquisite couple who tried to make us the perfect holiday in everything. Definitely recommended

Super consigliato! ☺️ Super hospitable place, excellent cleanliness and the owners as well .. we stayed here for two days and we felt as if we were at home, we will definitely be back as soon as we get the chance. Super recommended! ☺️
