Direi che l'esperienza passata avuta è stata positiva, se non fosse che chi lavora lì risponde sempre con tono arrogante al telefono. A qualsiasi domanda (lecita) fatta con tono pacato e amichevole, alza subito il tono come se l'interlocutore fosse rimbambito o non ci arrivi.
Sono sicura sia comunque una brava persona e forse, condizionata dal fatto che sono una "ragazzina" e non un omone, mi ha sempre trattata allo stesso modo. Dopo innumerevoli episodi del genere, invece che rinnovare la polizza da loro, mi sono rivolta ad un'altra agenzia Allianz che perlomeno ha una segretaria veramente in gamba e simpatica.

I would say that the past experience has been positive, if it were not that those who work there always answer arrogantly on the phone. To any question (lawful) asked in a calm and friendly tone, immediately raise the tone as if the interlocutor was repudiated or did not get there.
I am sure she is a good person anyway and perhaps, conditioned by the fact that I am a "girl" and not a big man, she has always treated me in the same way. After countless episodes of the kind, instead of renewing the policy from them, I turned to another Allianz agency that at least has a really smart and nice secretary.
