Invece, a distanza di tempo, mi mandano un avviso nel quale mi dicono che c'era lo stesso da pagare nuovamente l'importo della polizza, anche se da me né voluto, né dovuto affatto. All'atto di far valere le mie ragioni, mi dicono che occorreva fare una comunicazione scritta. Già, ma ammesso che era così, nessuno mai di loro mi aveva messo a conoscenza della procedura, la stessa agenzia aveva il dovere di avvisarmi per tempo, come giustamente bisogna fare; non si deve soltanto seguire un cliente quando si riscuote un pagamento, ma anche nell'informarlo, di volta in volta, sulle varie prassi da svolgere, in quanto il cliente non può sapere tutto. Ma volutamente non l'hanno fatto, e si capisce perché, esclusivamente per loro interesse, pur per qualcosa di contrario alla volontà del cliente. Agenzia davvero poco seria e affidabile.
