Absolutely incompetent and incapable of handling the liquidation of a simple claim. They have proved to be the worst insurance company of the whole Isontino despite the prestigious name.

Personalmente dopo anni di assicurazione con loro ho dovuto dare la disdetta per delle incomprensioni su una polizza da risarcire ma a detta di un loro perito i danni dovuti ad un temporale che hanno danneggiato la caldaia non rientravano negli eventi atmosferici. In breve togliendo la franchigia restavano da pagare 25 euro che ovviamente non hanno pagato trovando modi per non risarcire. In sostanza hanno preferito perdere un cliente che negli anni aveva assicurato due vetture una casa e che pensava di assicurare una seconda casa...in compenso devo dire che le impiegate e tutti all interno sono molto cordiali e disponibili.
Friendly and very polite staff. The office is on two levels: an operator is immediately at the entrance as soon as you enter and other employees are then on the 1st floor ready to help you.
Personally, after years of insurance with them, I had to give the cancellation due to misunderstandings about a policy to be compensated but according to one of their experts, the damage due to a storm that damaged the boiler did not fall within the atmospheric events. In short, by removing the deductible, 25 euros remained to be paid, which obviously they did not pay, finding ways not to compensate. Basically they preferred to lose a customer who over the years had insured two cars for a house and who thought of insuring a second home ... on the other hand I must say that the employees and everyone inside are very friendly and helpful.
