★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am with Genialloyd since many years and I use to suspend my policy two times per year according to the contract. I was never asked to pay extras for reactivate it. This time it happened; I called Genialloys and the operator pretended that this rule was always active, which is not true.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I was a Genialloyd customer and now waiting since more than 2 months for a no claim document. I am near to get an outburst calling every day repeating always the same. Connections then breaks from time meanwhile they put me on hold!
The call center assistance can only put notes and urge the following. Nobody takes responsibility. Even the chat assistance doesn't know what costumer service is, writing very informal. I was actually applying for a insurance offer here, but if that is the service, I prefer checking other providers once I might get this document done.

Actually, from the date that Genialloyd merged with them, the quality of services is downed and prices are increased.
