Ho chiesto un preventivo di assicurazione e una volta accettato e chiesto ulteriore conferma della tariffa mi reco in ufficio e mi viene detto che ce stato un errore e l assicurazione viene il doppio di quella preventivata! In alternativa mi propongono di assicurare il veicolo con un altra marca che non corrisponde a quella indicata sul libretto di circolazione, permettendomi cosΓ¬ di spendere la cifra inizialmente stabilita ! Tutto questo dovendo io tornare in ufficio da loro dopo esserci stato la sera prima per niente ! Sconsiglio vivamente.
Incompetent staff! I asked for an insurance quote and once accepted and asked for further confirmation of the rate I go to the office and I am told that there has been an error and the insurance is double that which was budgeted! Alternatively, they propose to insure the vehicle with another brand that does not correspond to the one indicated on the registration document, thus allowing me to spend the amount initially established! All this having to go back to their office after being there the night before for nothing! I strongly advise against it.
