★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono cliente di questa agenzia Allianz da 10 anni e tempo fa lasciai un ottimo feedback. A distanza di mesi sono rimasto scioccato dal fatto che per un sinistro in 10 anni mi abbiamo aumentato il premio assicurativo del 150%. Questo è vergognoso e dissi alla signora Teresa, che lavora in agenzia, che avrebbero fatto più bella figura a dirmi: senti nn ti vogliamo più come cliente. Da 520€ annui a scadenza di contratto a luglio mi chiesero 1350€. Questa è l’Italia....mi sono sentito offeso...quindi credo, in seguito alla mia esperienza decennale, che questa è una buona agenzia se nn causi sinistri.
State that I am customer of this Allianz agency for 10 years and recently left a good feedback. Months after it was shocked that for a claim in 10 years I have increased the insurance premium of 150%. This is shameful and I told Mrs. Teresa, who works in the agency, that they would look better telling me: listen, we don't want you more as a customer.
