★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Compagnia, senza informare i clienti, fa pagare lo smontaggio della scatola nera quando il decreto Monti n° 27 del 24 gennaio 2012 specifica la gratuità del meccanismo; la cosa non è seria ed il personale, di fronte le rimostranze non verifica ma risponde che non è vero dando del bugiardo al cliente.
