Spiace constatare che alle spalle ci sia una Banca che, nonostante i propri errori riconosciuti di addebiti in cc, mostri limiti e così tanta poca considerazione e rispetto dei propri clienti.

Both the Private Banker and the staff at the counter are prepared and available.
It is unfortunate to see that behind it there is a bank that, despite its recognized errors of cc debits, shows limits and so little consideration and respect for its customers.
