Matteo ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli, leggendo passo-passo il contratto e delucidando eventuali dubbi. Ci ha anche aiutato a scegliere il pacchetto più adatto a noi. Abbiamo di recente avuto bisogno dell'assicurazione per un sinistro, il rimborso è avvenuto in modo semplice, lineare e nei tempi previsti direttamente sul conto. Penso sia la migliore sul mercato in rapporto prezzo/copertura. Unica pecca, l'assicurazione non si può pagare online e non si può mettere a carico del conto di un familiare (diverso da quello che l'ha stipulata). Confido che con il tempo miglioreranno anche questo aspetto. Saluti da Luna!
Kindness and courtesy. We have insured our dog for civil liability and veterinary expenses. Matteo explained everything to us in detail, reading the contract step-by-step and elucidating any doubts. He also helped us choose the best package for us. We recently needed insurance for a claim, the reimbursement took place in a simple, linear and timely manner directly to the account. I think it's the best on the market in terms of price / coverage. The only flaw, the insurance cannot be paid online and cannot be charged to the account of a family member (other than the one who stipulated it). I trust that over time this aspect will improve too.
