★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che la mia NON è una recensione al Venditore/esercizio, ma al prodotto acquistato, una motosega a batteria Stihl M5A 140C. Do 4 stelle non 5 al negozio per il prodotto, ma al prodotto, alla Stihl in sé, darei UNA STELLA. Presa tre anni fa, utilizzata contando tutto, per 20 gg di lavoro in tutto. 20 giorni, esagerando. Trattata come un figlio, regolarmente pulita pure con spazzolino nel carter, dopo OGNI uso (cicli di 2 batterie)... Regolarmente disassemblata e tenuta in casa, neanche nel capanno attrezzi! Mi si spacca la femmina della vite che collega il montante al tensionatore a ghiera: proprio si spana la filettatura e salta la vite, il che è stato persino pericoloso considerato che deve essere schizzata via durante il taglio, sfilettando la femmina e spanandola per la forza applicata. Devo cambiare il pezzo dopo neanche 20 fottuti giorni di utilizzo! Prossima motosega Husqvarna, ma ci scommetto.
I state that mine is NOT a review to the Seller / shop, but to the product purchased, a Stihl M5A 140C cordless chainsaw. I give 4 stars not 5 to the shop for the product, but to the product, to Stihl itself, I would give A STAR. Taken three years ago, used counting everything, for 20 days of work in all. 20 days, exaggerating. Treated like a child, regularly cleaned even with a brush in the crankcase, after EVERY use (cycles of 2 batteries) ... Regularly disassembled and kept at home, even in the tool shed! The female of the screw that connects the upright to the ring nut tensioner splits me: the thread is stripped and the screw is skipped, which was even dangerous considering that it must be splattered during the cut, filleting the female and stripping it for strength applied. I have to change the piece after not even 20 fucking days of use! Next Husqvarna chainsaw, but I bet on it.

Ho segnalato il problema al negoziante, secondo cui il malfunzionamento non può dipendere dall'oggetto e che comunque si è rifiutato categoricamente di sostituirlo. Mi sono sentito a dir poco truffato: avrei dovuto comprare su internet una delle seminatrici che si vendono alla metà del prezzo, anziché scegliere di supportare i rivenditori locali. Quale è il vantaggio, se i prodotti sono più scadenti, costano il doppio e il rivenditore non ti offre alcuna assistenza se ci sono problemi?
