Anyone who has an age like me surely remembers this place. In an absolutely positive sense. I grew up with the fries that sells! While on Sundays we bought the chicken and the inevitable chips. Congratulations on the longevity of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo locale è stato uno dei primi, negli anni '60, ad offrire polli cotti al girarrosto da potere gustare a casa, sia per il pranzo che per la cena, al pollo si accompagnano le immacabili patatine fritte acquistabili, come spuntino o contorno, anche separatamente. Il pollo è di buona fattura e di ottima qualità. Essendoci una cottura con fonte elettrica si limitano le potenzialità nel raggiungere una cottura perfetta.
This place was one of the first, in the 60s, to offer chickens cooked on the rotisserie to be enjoyed at home, both for lunch and dinner, chicken is accompanied by the immaculate fries that can be purchased, as a snack or side dish, also separately. The chicken is well made and of excellent quality. Since there is cooking with an electric source, the potential to achieve perfect cooking is limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passata a prendere il pollo spinta da queste recensioni fantastiche e mi dispiace scostarmi dal giudizio di molti ma io non trovo tutta questa eccezionalità. Il pollo è discreto( ma ne ho mangiati conditi meglio) e sulle patatine sono rimasta davvero delusa. Nessuna croccantezza, molli, unte e soprattutto scurissime, segno che magari ogni tanto l'olio andrebbe cambiato. Non penso do tornarci, c'è di meglio senz'altro.
I went to get the chicken pushed by these fantastic reviews and I'm sorry to deviate from the judgment of many but I do not find all this exceptionality. The chicken is okay (but I ate it seasoned better) and on the fries I was really disappointed. No crunchiness, soft, greasy and above all very dark, a sign that maybe the oil should be changed every now and then. I don't think I should go back, it certainly gets better.
