Chi lavora lì dentro lo fa con professionalità, cercano di accontentarti in tutto! Qui ho prenotato il viaggio a Santorini ed è andato tutto come previsto, insomma mi sono trovata più che bene.. Online ci è stato detto di recarci in agenzia per pianificare un viaggio abbastanza articolato. Arrivati in loco aspettiamo 1 ora e 20 minuti per assenza di personale in quanto un solo addetto al pubblico e la signorina accanto faceva solo amministrazione.... Capisco il periodo di difficoltà e quindi lo smartworking ,ma trovo assurdo viste le sole tre ore di apertura al pubblico fornire un servizio così scarno. Tanto non gli interessava di perdere i clienti che altri dopo di noi se ne sono andati . Noi dopo La famosa ora e 20 gentilmente abbiamo salutato e gentilmente ci Hanno salutati.Non hanno detto ne tornate,ne scusateci, ne hanno proposto un appuntamento,non hanno aperto bocca. Trovo assurdo utilizzare una risorsa per l amministrazione, che può lavorare benissimo in smartworking a discapito di un 'altra più funzionale per il contatto col pubblico. Sicuramente non mancheranno agenzie . Credo che in tempi di crisi sia essenziale curare maggiormente il rapporto con la clientela.evidentemtente non avete bisogno di lavorare molto. Dopo aver lasciato una caparra di 200 euro per 2 anni (senza alcuna ricevuta fiscale) mi fanno problemi per un bonifico a saldo di ulteriori 200 euro, che vogliono entro le ore 19:00, comunicandomelo soltanto alle ore 17.30 del giorno stesso e dicendomi che il bonifico non gli va bene, perché si può revocare, e non sanno chi sono io, quindi diffidano. Mah!! Senza parole! Io affido a loro 200 euro per anni e loro non si accontentano della quietanza di bonifico inviata istantaneamente seppur chiesta all' ultimo secondo. Roba da non crederci. Sconsigliati e scortesi, e pure arroganti! Imparate a trattare col pubblico dato che dovreste fare solo questo. Ciao, A mai più! I put a star because zero is not possible!
