Peccato che quello che mi è arrivato era dentro un sacchettino che durante il trasporto ha preso qualche botta e si è danneggiato il contenuto. Il liquido che si è riversato ha cancellato le scritte dei profumi e preciso che uno non aveva nemmeno la scritta, era perfettamente bianca l’etichetta. Consiglio di cambiare l’imballaggio per le prossime consegne. Si sono comunque dimostrati disponibili al rimborso, avendo capito la situazione, e il titolare mi ha chiamata per pormi le sue scuse e spiegando le sue difficoltà nel gestire questo tipo di ordinazioni. Unfortunate experience. I ordered 9 perfume samples as a gift. I received notice that a part of it would be delivered to me. Too bad that what I received was in a small bag that took a few hits during transport and damaged the contents. The liquid that poured erased the writing of the perfumes and I specified that one did not even have the writing, the label was perfectly white. I recommend changing the packaging for future deliveries. However, they proved willing to refund, having understood the situation, and the owner called me to apologize and explain his difficulties in managing this type of order.
